Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl

This tropical smoothie bowl combines yogurt, tropical fruit, and ora pro nobis powder for a nutrient-dense snack. The yogurt adds creaminess and a source of protein and calcium. Banana and mango add natural sweetness, antioxidants, and potassium, while ora pro nobis contributes plant-based protein, fiber, minerals, and mucilage that supports digestion. Flaxseed adds fiber and beneficial omega-3s. Orange juice and coconut water add brightness and hydration, creating a balanced smoothie suitable for breakfast or a quick snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain yogurt dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 medium ripe frozen banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 teaspoon flaxseed meal optional
  • 2 teaspoon ora pro nobis powder

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. For a thinner consistency, add a splash more water and blend again.
  4. Pour into a bowl and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Add 1–2 tablespoons of nut butter for extra richness and protein.
  • Add ice cubes for a colder, thicker smoothie.
  • Double the ingredients for a larger serving.
  • Ora pro nobis powder provides natural color and nutrients without altering the flavor much.
