Ora Pro Nobis & Strawberry Chia Pudding

A simple, nourishing chia pudding with a creamy texture and a boost from ora pro nobis.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon ora pro nobis powder
  • 4 strawberries sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, ora pro nobis powder, and honey (if using).
  2. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight, until thick and creamy.
To Serve
  1. Transfer the chia pudding to a glass or bowl.
  2. Add the sliced strawberries on top, arranging them along the sides or layered inside the glass for a clean look.
  3. Finish with a sprinkle of sliced almonds for crunch and texture.
Optional Add-Ins
  1. A drizzle of extra honey on top for added sweetness
  2. Other fruits like banana or blueberries
  3. Seeds or nuts such as walnuts, pumpkin seeds, or coconut flakes
