Method
- In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, ora pro nobis powder, and honey (if using).
- Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight, until thick and creamy.
To Serve
- Transfer the chia pudding to a glass or bowl.
- Add the sliced strawberries on top, arranging them along the sides or layered inside the glass for a clean look.
- Finish with a sprinkle of sliced almonds for crunch and texture.
