This tropical smoothie bowl combines yogurt, tropical fruit, and ora pro nobis powder for a nutrient-dense snack. The yogurt adds creaminess and a source of protein and calcium. Banana and mango add natural sweetness, antioxidants, and potassium, while ora pro nobis contributes plant-based protein, fiber, minerals, and mucilage that supports digestion.
